These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at https://betduel.ai (the “Website”) and any related services, including our Telegram bot, recommendations, applications, and tools (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using our Website or Services (including interacting with our Telegram bot), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. SERVICES OVERVIEW
BetDuel.ai provides AI-driven sports betting recommendations, insights, and related functionality. We may also enable users to place bets directly via Telegram using $SOL or our $DUEL token (together, “Digital Assets”). Use of our Services does not require Know-Your-Customer (KYC) procedures at this time, but we may introduce compliance requirements in the future, as required by law or platform needs.
Important: BetDuel does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or profitability of any AI-based predictions or betting advice. Any bet you place is made at your own risk.
3. ELIGIBILITY & RESPONSIBLE USE
1. Legal Age and Jurisdiction
- You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (18+ in many countries, 21+ in others, etc.) to use our betting-related Services.
- You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of BetDuel is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
2. User Conduct
- You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only.
- You may not use any automated systems (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access or manipulate the Services without our prior written consent.
- You agree not to use the Services to distribute harmful or malicious content or to engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities.
3. Account & Wallet Management
- If you interact with our Telegram bot, you grant us permission to associate your Telegram username/ID with any betting activity or wallet information for the purpose of providing Services and transaction records.
- You are responsible for securing your own Digital Asset wallets, private keys, or other credentials. BetDuel is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your wallet or account.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
1. Ownership
- All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property (“IP”) displayed on our Website or Services are owned by or licensed to BetDuel. Your use of the Services does not grant you any license or rights to the IP except as expressly provided in these Terms.
2. Prohibited Use
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any BetDuel content without our prior written permission.
3. User Submissions
- Any content, feedback, or suggestions you provide to BetDuel (“User Submissions”) may be used by us for any lawful purpose, without compensation or notice to you.
- You represent and warrant that your User Submissions do not violate any third-party rights or contain unlawful content.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
1. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Profitability
- BetDuel provides AI-based predictions and recommendations for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information presented.
- You acknowledge that any bet or financial decision involves significant risk. You assume full responsibility for any losses resulting from your use of or reliance on the information or Services provided by BetDuel.
2. “As Is” and “As Available”
- Our Website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetDuel and its affiliates disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
3. No Warranties for Third-Party Services
- BetDuel may integrate, link to, or recommend third-party platforms, payment processors, or exchanges. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party website, service, or product.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
1. Indirect Damages
- BetDuel, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
- You acknowledge that any bet or financial decision involves significant risk. You assume full responsibility for any losses resulting from your use of or reliance on the information or Services provided by BetDuel.
2. Aggregate Liability
- Innoevent shall BetDuel’s total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of one hundred US dollars (USD $100), or the equivalent amount in the Digital Asset used, if any.
3. Assumption of Risk
- You understand that digital currencies, tokens, and sports betting carry inherent financial, market, and legal risks. You assume the entire risk of your use of the Services and the outcomes of any bets placed.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BetDuel and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or in any way related to:
- Your breach of these Terms,
- Your violation of any law or regulation,
- Your use of the Services, including any bet or transaction,
- Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
8. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION
1. Modification of Services
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services, at any time and without notice or liability.
2. Account Suspension or Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law or regulation, or if your conduct is otherwise harmful to our interests or the interests of other users.
- Upon termination, any rights granted in these Terms will immediately cease.
3. Access and Correction

- TheseTerms and your use of the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BetDuel primarily operates or as otherwise determined by us (without regard to conflict of law principles).
2. Arbitration / Dispute Resolution
- Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or other mutually agreed dispute resolution method, unless prohibited by law.
- You waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
10. MISCELLANEOUS
1. Entire Agreement
- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines or rules we may post, constitute the entire agreement between you and BetDuel regarding the Services
2. No Waiver
- Ourfailure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
3. Severability
- If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
4. Assignment
- We may assign transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without notice or your consent.
